Hello my name is Samantha Griffen. I am a student at San Diego State University studying Journalism with a minor in Political Science. I am originally from Orange County, CA. I love to read, watch movies, and TV shows. My favorite movie is Treasure Planet (I love morph), and my all-time favorite TV show is Psych. I have a sweet tooth, and my favorite treat is Mint-Chip ice cream. With my Journalism degree, I plan to cover government meetings and local affairs in the San Diego area. I love politics, and I think that keeping elected officals accountable is a very nobel thing to do. I hope that in this JMS 430 class, I become a more well-rounded journalist and add more tools to my tool belt.
